MultimediaForSports (MMFS) offers multimedia products to support fitness tests and training sessions. Both new and existing fitness tests/training methods (amongst others, scientifically founded Shuttle Run Test and Circuit Training) are supported by easy-to-use multimedia products. Our products are used by (professional) sports clubs and schools, and also by individual sportsmen or, for example, rehabilitation institutes.
The use of music and the interactive aspects of the products offer sportsmen additional stimulus and open up a range of possibilities. As a sportsman, it is possible in this way to execute tests and training in an independent way. Trainers and coaches do not need to bother timing the fitness tests. At this moment, MultimediaForSports offer three kinds of products:
1. A series of audio CDs, full of music organised in a unique way, with vocal and sound signals.
2. A sprinttest CD box with vocal and sound signals.
3. Timers to put together the Shuttle Run Tests and Circuit Training with your own personally chosen music (for PCs/laptops, PDAs/pocket PCs or Macs).
4. Custom-made products.
